Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs as a client.
• Make product and service recommendations to clients.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds between clients and welcoming new clients.
• Assist with salon cleanliness and upkeep of rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon environment while following company policies.
