Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking, displaying, and maintaining products across multiple stores. You will travel within a designated region and use a mobile app to report results.

Successful candidates will have retail or merchandising experience, reliable smartphone access, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Flexible hours and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work tasks and data plan.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure prime condition of displays.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
