Qualifications

• MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Requires an Associate’s degree in child development, early childhood education or a related education program, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Interpersonal Communication: Requires the ability of speaking and/or signaling people to convey or exchange information.
• Verbal Aptitude: Requires the ability to record and deliver information, to explain procedures, to follow and give oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Presents prepared lesson plans to assigned class.
• Supervises planned activities.

• Employs a variety of instructional techniques and media.
• Reports in writing on the day’s activities at the conclusion of the day.
