Responsibilities

• Follow the classroom teacher's lesson plans and present instruction to students
• Use provided materials and resources to start lessons quickly and keep students on task
• Monitor student behavior and enforce established classroom rules and procedures
• Provide feedback on in-class work and track student progress
• Support instructional plans and maintain records of student performance for the classroom teacher
• Interact with students and staff in a fair and respectful manner
• Assist with non-instructional duties as assigned and adhere to school policies
