1. Provide a valid NJ Substitute Certificateor NJ Teaching Certificate and complete Frontline online application.
2. Complete Criminal History Review with the Office of Student Protection: https://www.nj.gov/education/crimhist/ .
3. Provide Documentation of Mantoux test with date and results. Please provide your most recent Mantoux/TB result per guidance from the NJ DOE: "TB testing is not recommended for new employees, student teachers, and contractors of the district with a documented tuberculosis test result, regardless of when this test was done . Repeat TB testing is not required in the absence of aknown or suspected exposure to active and infectious TB disease or unlessotherwise ordered by a licensed clinician."

• Follow the directions provided on each screen to complete the application.
• Once you submit the fee, you will be able to upload your fingerprint clearance directly to your NJEdCert account.
• Your college must submit your official transcript via email to: [e-mail]
