Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking a Retail Store Keyleader in Frisco, TX to oversee opening and closing duties and drive exceptional customer service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Reporting to store leadership, you will motivate the team, support sales goals, manage visuals, inventory, and training, while upholding our values and delivering memorable in-store experiences. This role requires leadership, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and a passion for fashion and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail industry
• 1+ year experience in retail management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire associates to achieve their goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions
• Great sense of style
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service whilst contributing to their career development
• Perform operational duties inclusive of but not limited to: opening and closing registers, visual merchandising execution, inventory management, light housekeeping
• Build brand loyalty and awareness through memorable in-store experiences in a fast paced retail environment
