As a shift leader, you’ll manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling and customer relations, while upholding quality standards, brand image, and profitability.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering good customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Direct activities during shifts and lead the team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Maintain store image, cleanliness and profitability.
• Handle customer concerns with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare products to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
• Take and process orders, including phone and delivery orders.
• Navigate delivery area and read maps to addresses.
