• Provide member service and guidance on self-service technology, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise and resolve issues.
• Unload trucks promptly and stock shelves/backroom merchandise.
• Assist with club pickup orders and staging according to policy.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude; maintain a neat, member-ready area.
• Communicate progress, adapt to change, and help coworkers to meet priorities.
