Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Masters/Doctorate in PT preferred.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours or 1 business day of referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans.
• Treat patients per the physician plan.
• Supervise PT assistants and aides in direct care.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and health team.
• Record evaluations and treatment notes in medical records.
