Job summary

We want a storyteller who develops sources and pipelines of story ideas, not just scores and highlights. The ideal candidate shoots, writes, edits, and produces digital elements; creates feature packages; and helps deliver major sporting events with energy, clarity, and creativity.

Qualifications

• Experience shooting, writing, and editing sports content.
• Experience producing digital elements and feature packages.
• Strong storytelling delivery for TV, web, and social platforms.
• Knowledge of ENG cameras and on-camera presentation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and related editing tools.
• Link to an online reel of prior work samples must be included.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, write, and edit sports stories.
• Anchor and produce sports streaming programming.
• Create content for our website and social media platforms.
• Deliver sports stories in a clear and concise manner.
• Work with news to develop comprehensive coverage of major sporting events.
• Familiar with Missouri sports teams, players, and storylines.
• Respond to breaking sports news with urgency and clear communication.
