Job summary

• CFY candidates must obtain CCC by the end of 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat and screen clientele for SLP services.
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients in speech, language, swallow and cognition.
• Plan and develop new programs; coordinate with care team and family.
• Provide supervision and aid in recruitment of SLP assistants and students.
• Complete patient care documentation and reports.
