Job summary

Candidates should have a Master’s in SLP and current Georgia licensure with CCC-SLP. PRN/Per Diem schedule with day shifts is typical, with responsibilities spanning assessment, plan development, and collaborative care

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required.
  • 2-3 years experience with articulation, language, voice and fluency disorders preferred.
  • 2-3 years knowledge of developmental norms, language acquisition, and early intervention preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience with a range of ages including neonates-geriatrics preferred.
  • 2-3 years behavioral management and patient/caregiver counseling preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: SLP, BLS, CCC-SLP, and Georgia License (CCCs) required/preferred as applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Assessments and diagnoses based on data collected.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
  • Document all treatment sessions per department procedures.
  • Utilize equipment/technology to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide supervision and instruction to student interns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy and adapt to age-specific needs.
