Responsibilities

• Attend weekly feedback meetings to review student and classroom issues.
• Maintain accurate attendance records daily and weekly.
• Make phone calls to absent students.
• Review and administer pre- and post-testing in all courses.
• Administer required surveys and assessments.
• Notify registrar of changes in roster.
• Prevent 'do not admit' students from entering class.
• Maintain an accurate and fair grading scheme for each student.
• Adhere to all University policies, rules, and regulations.
• Update attendance daily and grades weekly.
• Conduct classes according to scheduled times.
• Prevent excessive breaks and avoid dismissing classes early.
• Arrive at the University 20 minutes before class.
• Be available to students for questions prior to class.
• Submit grades no later than Monday 5pm EST after each term.
• Attend graduation ceremonies if possible.
• Maintain classrooms in a clean and orderly manner.
• Motivate and assist students with academic issues.
• Maintain current information related to subjects taught.
