Job summary

Buff City Soap in Farragut, TN is seeking a part-time Soap Maker/Retail Associate who brings energy, friendly service, and teamwork to a fast-paced retail Makery. You’ll assist customers, demonstrate products, and help maintain a clean, inviting shop.

Qualifications

• Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to engage with clients, build relationships, and meet their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task between product production and client engagement.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery and retail areas.
• Team-oriented, upbeat, and able to follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with all clients, building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task, juggling product production as clients enter and leave; engaging new clients on arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while upholding company policies.
