Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed or in the process of licensure in TN to work in SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with a days schedule.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality SLP services and supporting the organization’s vision and goals. Minimum requirements include 1 year of SNF/LTC SLP experience and an active TN SLP license (or in process).

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent SLP experience in SNF/LTC Settings.
• Current SLP license within the state of TN.
• Licensed or in immediate process of obtaining TN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech-Language Pathology services in SNF/LTC settings.
