Workwear Outfitters is seeking a shipping/receiving associate in Nashville to support all phases of the Hi-Bay shipping and receiving processes. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and the ability to load/unload trailers and stage orders on pallets.

The environment is non-climate-controlled, with potential overtime and weekend work. The position emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and safety, ensuring a clean, efficient workspace and adherence to all procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of shipping and receiving in Hi-Bay area.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Load and unload trailers; stage orders on trailers and pallets.
• Demonstrate quality communication and organizational skills.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment that can be cold in winter and hot in summer.
• Be energetic and follow all safety rules and guidelines.
• Shrink-wrap palletized product and load trailers on the shipping dock.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
