Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to help bring Panda’s mission to life in our Stillwater, OK restaurant. You will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride while guiding the team through each shift.

You will gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites, managing store operations, and developing yourself and others in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
