Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders who support management in bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants. You will help create food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride.

In this role you will lead a shift, support guest experience, manage store operations and gain hands-on cooking experience with Panda favorites while developing a wide range of skills for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Some high school education is preferred.
• Preference for operations experience and food safety knowledge.
• Local food handler certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain skills managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
