Job summary

Carlock Automotive Group in Indiana is seeking a Service Porter to support our service department. You will interact daily with customers, technicians, and staff, help move vehicles, deliver to sublet vendors, and keep production areas neat and compliant with regulations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license to operate a standard transmission. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a family-owned dealership network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with pickup and delivery of customers.
• Pickup and delivery of vehicles to sublet vendors and customers as directed.
• Move vehicles between intake, storage and production areas.
• Move vehicles in/out of collision center to meet production standards.
• Maintain neat and orderly production and paint areas; remove trash and discarded parts.
• Maintain offices, storage areas and perimeters of the collision center.
• Follow laws and regulations governing hazardous waste disposal.
• Save and tag warranty parts for storage.
