Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% guest satisfaction—every guest, every time.
• Be a Drake’s tour guide: know the menu, love the vibe, and share it.
• Greet every guest with a smile and genuine energy.
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and alcohol compliance standards.
• Jump in where needed—because we’re all in this together.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
• Stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours or more).
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, and drinks—up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Move quickly in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Work in close quarters with other team members and guests.
