M Crowd Restaurant Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly and attentive Server to provide exceptional dining experiences. You will guide guests through the menu, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year experience as a server.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of dining room operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring attentive, personalized service
• Inform guests of specials, promotions, menu items, ingredients, and changes
• Make guest-focused recommendations you genuinely feel guests will enjoy
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our POS system
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
• Conduct age verification for alcoholic service following ABC requirements and Company procedures
• Manage guest liquor consumption in accordance with ABC requirements and Company procedures
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience and respond promptly to requests
• Perform side work at shift start/end as required by station
• Maintain clean service areas
• Prepare final bill, present check, accept payment, process card charges
• Be ready to assist fellow servers and bussers as needed
• Thank guests and invite them to return
• Be available to fill in to ensure smooth restaurant operation
