Job summary

Red Robin / Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a Server to deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests, with menu suggestions, ordering and timely service. You will input orders via handheld devices, handle money, and work as part of a team in a high-energy setting.

The role requires strong guest service skills, reliability, and the ability to maintain standards while coordinating with the Service Partner team. Flexible, customer‑focused hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum six months serving experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume full service restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience for up to ten tables at a time.
• Take orders, input via handheld devices, and process payments.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Maintain table readiness and reset tables after shifts.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and beverage handling standards.
