Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. is seeking energetic servers to join our team in a dynamic, welcoming dining environment in California. You will deliver excellent guest experiences, manage a fast-paced workflow, and work with a friendly staff to uphold CPK standards.

Pay starts at USD 16.90 per hour with opportunities for tips, flexible shifts, and a strong training program. Full- and part-time opportunities are available, along with benefits and dining discounts.

Qualifications

Servers are team players who work well in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals.
Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
Operate the POS system quickly and accurately and uphold cash handling procedures.
State-mandated beverage service certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

They operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately and uphold cash handling procedures.
All servers are required to have their state-mandated beverage service certificate (in states where applicable).
