40North Restaurants, the full-service division of Villa Restaurant Group, is hiring a friendly and experienced Server to join our dynamic team in Bethlehem. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with attentive service to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders and input into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure guests have everything they need during their meal, including refills and special requests.
• Upsell menu items and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and proper handling of food and beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
