Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to connect with guests and work well in a team.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Must obtain or have valid local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Explain menu options and recommend beverages and dishes.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and bussing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections and service stations.
• Handle payments securely and resolve guest issues promptly.
