Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Denver is seeking a friendly, efficient server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will build rapport with guests and ensure a memorable dining experience.

You will guide guests through the menu, upsell beverages, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service. A minimum of 12 months serving experience is preferred, with strong teamwork, reliability, and cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with payment processing and basic math skills.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks with speed and a sense of urgency.
• Guide guests in beer and wine selections while demonstrating knowledge.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit/debit transactions.
