Dave & Buster’s is seeking team members to deliver fast, friendly service and create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests in a busy restaurant environment. You will learn menu items, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction while working with the Micros system and cash handling.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, accurately taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to sanitation procedures, and following alcohol awareness guidelines to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent guest interaction and service mindset.
• Ability to operate Micros and handle credit card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience with fast, friendly service.
• Greet guests, take accurate food and drink orders, and communicate clearly.
• Enter orders into Micros, upsell where appropriate, and ensure proper charges.
• Maintain station cleanliness and assist with bus and reset of tables.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and alcohol awareness guidelines.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and report any discrepancies to supervision.
