Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials; provide individualized and small group instruction.
• Keep appropriate records and prepare progress reports; communicate with parents about student progress.
• Establish and maintain standards of student behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Coordinate conferences and participate in departmental programs; participate in school improvement efforts.
