YogaSix Newtown is seeking dedicated, passionate teachers to lead Y6 Sculpt & Y6 Core classes and join a community that is changing lives. We’re looking for warm, engaging instructors who thrive in a community-focused environment and are committed to delivering empowering, energizing, and FUN experiences.

As a YogaSix Teacher, you will build meaningful connections with students, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional class experiences every time.

Qualifications

• Fitness Accreditation/Certified Trainer (or RYT200hr Yoga Teacher) certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Outgoing personality with a genuine ability to connect with all students.
• Willingness to grow, welcome feedback, and remain a lifelong student.
• Regular availability to teach at least two classes per week and substitute when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide top notch class instruction that shows your personality and aligns with YogaSix format guidelines.
• Create a personal connection with each student.
• Set up classroom appropriately: props, mat spacing, music, lighting.
• Build community and connection within the studio.
• Arrive 15–20 minutes before class start time.
• Clean studio space after every class and follow up with students after class.
