Jobot Consulting seeks a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy in a Colorado school setting for the 25-26 school year. The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a Colorado SLP license, with at least 1 year of school-based experience.

You will deliver direct therapy, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with teachers and families. Salary ranges from $40 to $60 per hour with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid Colorado State SLP license.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting.
• Excellent knowledge of various speech disorders and language impairments, as well as effective treatment strategies.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using computer software and technology for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language skills and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate goals in class and home.
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate school staff and parents on supporting speech and language development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and plan for future needs.
• Stay updated with research and developments in the field.
