Job summary
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Dayton, OH. This full-time role offers opportunities to inspire students, build confidence, and help them find their voice in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP from ASHA and a state license (or eligibility). Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply; relocation assistance and professional development stipends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- CCC-SLP certification from ASHA required or eligible.
- State license or eligibility for licensure required.
- ODE certification (can be in process) encouraged.
- Experience with children/adolescents in a school setting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide school-based speech-language pathology services.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student goals.
