Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid Massachusetts RN license.
• Three years of professional school nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• DOE certification eligibility requires a BSN at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students' health and home factors; counsel students, parents, and staff.
• Maintain health records and participate in program evaluation.
• Notify responsible individuals of health-related issues and emergencies.
• Coordinate health resources with school, home, community, and health facilities.
• Prepare written reports for supervisor and agencies as required.
