Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position near Eagle Point, OR. You will assist lead SLPs in delivering therapy to students and help implement speech-language programs within a dynamic educational setting.

Ideal candidates hold an Oregon-approved SLPA license, have prior school-based experience, and can document progress while collaborating with teachers, families, and the school team to support each student’s communication goals.

Qualifications

• Valid SLPA licensure or certification recognized by Oregon.
• Experience supporting SLPs in a school environment.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders.
• Excellent communication and supportive approach with students.
• Ability to follow therapy plans, document progress, and adapt.
• Experience collaborating with educators, families, and school teams.
