Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed SLP-Clinical Fellow to join for the 2026–2027 school year. You will provide speech-language services to students under supervision, collaborating with teachers and families to implement IEP goals across school environments.

You’ll conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and participate in IEP meetings while receiving structured mentoring from your supervisor. On-site, full-time, with flexible options where state requirements allow.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and supervision by a licensed CCC‑SLP.
• Active or pending state SLP license in both the state of residence and the state where services will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to students under supervision as part of CFY.
• Support development of articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic language goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement IEP goals and therapy strategies.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and assist in development of IEPs with supervisor.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals and district guidelines.
• Receive mentoring and feedback from CF supervisor to support growth.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations under supervision.
• Document student progress and maintain district/state documentation compliance.
• Stay informed of best practices in school-based SLP therapy.
