Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance.

• Promote store events and promotions: inform customers about events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns: address issues and offer solutions, turning returns into exchanges when possible.

• Operate cash register: handle sales transactions efficiently.
• Move merchandise: lift up to 25 lbs and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain store appearance: ensure floor is well-stocked and organized.
