Job summary

Kirkland's Home is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience and support operations and merchandising under management guidance. You will flex across selling, cashiering, replenishing, floorsets, and cleaning to drive sales and help customers while maintaining brand standards.

Key duties include engaging customers, promoting loyalty programs, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory.

Qualifications

Energetic, people and results oriented; drive to succeed.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
Ability to read and interpret company directives, handbooks and manuals.
Flexible schedule to meet store needs; work independently or in a team.
Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to retrieve stock and hang banners.
Frequent standing and movement to assist customers and stock shelves.

Responsibilities

Supports Customer Service in in-store and online experiences.
Engages with customers with strong selling behaviors.
Greets customers with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.
Educates customers on loyalty, promotions, and merchandise to boost basket size.
Represents Kirkland’s Home values in interactions with customers and coworkers.
Maintains organized salesfloor and stockroom; assists with receipts of merchandise.
