Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as per the customer service manual and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and track goals to grow selling skills and overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards in the manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, clean-up, weekly shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales per the product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues for management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information through internal controls and reporting fraud risks.
