Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine needs, and recommend merchandise.
• Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise.
• Answer customer questions promptly and friendly.
• Stock and recover merchandise; keep area clean.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Ensure proper signage in the department.
• Use computer to check prices and inventories.
• Assist with inventory preparation and special orders.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
