Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Costco roadshows. You will build displays, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a pop-up environment inside warehouses. Shows run about ten days with downtime in between, and weekend availability is required.

You’ll be the face of the brand, greeting members, explaining features, and working to beat sales goals while logging activity daily. This is a dynamic, physical role with constant interaction.

Qualifications

18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the warehouse.
Smartphone required for scheduling and reporting.
Open availability across the full show run (7–10 days).
Weekend availability is required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to complete W-2 onboarding and any required background check.

Responsibilities

Set the stage with eye-catching displays inside the warehouse.
Greet members with energy and demonstrate the product.
Show features and benefits to excite customers.
Close the sale and meet show sales goals.
Log units sold and daily notes in the app.
Restock and keep the display tidy from open to close.
