Boscov’s is seeking a Retail Receiving & Stock Associate to join our fast-moving stock team. You will ensure timely delivery of goods and develop rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have stock or customer service experience, with forklift knowledge. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends in a bustling department store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail stocking experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is helpful.
• Strong verbal and telephone communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work varied days and hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate movement of merchandise from receiving to selling floors and stockrooms.
• Load and unload trucks; move items using forklifts, dollies, hand trucks or carts.
• Assist customers with pickups at the guard booth or in departments.
• Maintain a neat receiving dock area, indoors and outside.
• Remove hangers and empty boxes; deliver supplies to sales floors.
• Support set-up of special sales and events.
