Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the walk-by entry doors using engaging, script-based prompts.
• Use the AIDA model to entice walk-by customers to visit the Cellairis counter and consider a purchase.
• Encourage customers to show a broken phone, obtain a repair quote, or join mailing lists by offering free products.
• Inform customers of offers and participation terms and guide them to the counter to complete engagement.
