Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Clean, neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Courteous, enthusiastic communication with guests. Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Explain offerings, promotions, and specials; suggest items to increase sales.
• Be the server of choice by remembering regular guests' names and orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to meet special ingredient and preparation requests.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and proper garnishes, sauces, and plating.
• Present checks and process payments (cash or card) promptly and accurately.
• Assist other servers during peak times and maintain clean dining room.
• Maintain safety by keeping area clean and reporting hazards; close routines as needed.
