Job summary

Lincoln Hospitality Group’s Milwaukee Burger Company La Crosse location is seeking a friendly, energetic server to join our family-friendly team. You will provide exceptional service, take orders, and ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience.

Prior server experience is a plus, and we will train the right person. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a fun, dynamic restaurant group with flexible scheduling and employee discounts.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Prior experience as a server is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
