Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service concepts is preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant’s daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orient team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff, managing team relations.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
