Qualifications

• The ideal host/hostess is self-motivated, friendly and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferred; a food handler’s card may be required by local/state regulations.
• Ability to greet and seat customers professionally and support training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers quickly and in a professional manner.
• Share knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu with customers.
• Assist with new employee training and reinforce positive performance.
