Job summary

Taco John's of Wahpeton is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, build a positive team culture, and take ownership of the restaurant's success. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of restaurant supervision or management experience, preferably in quick-service restaurants.
• Proven ability to build teams and develop employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a positive, accountable team culture.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining great employees.
• Managing front- and back-of-house operations.
• Delivering excellent guest service.
