Job summary

EXOS in California is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes for members of all fitness levels. You will design routines, provide modifications, and foster a positive, energetic atmosphere that motivates participants to reach their goals.

The role requires at least one year of experience and current CPR/AED certification, with a nationally accredited group exercise credential. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is preferred.
• Instructors teaching branded formats must also be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
