Apex Dental Partners is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. This role supports exceptional patient care and helps doctors maintain a smooth, efficient clinical workflow in a fast-paced practice environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RDA certification with 2+ years of dental assisting experience, a patient-first mindset, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RDA certification and state credentials are required.
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Anticipate doctor needs and assist proactively to maintain smooth procedure flow.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials in advance for timely patient care.
• Capture high-quality diagnostics (x-rays, scans) for review.
• Deliver a positive patient experience by communicating clearly and reinforcing instructions.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
• Manage operatory flow and supply readiness to support the schedule.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the day running smoothly.
