Qualifications

  • Active RDA certification and state credentials are required.
  • 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support clinical procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Anticipate doctor needs and assist proactively to maintain smooth procedure flow.
  • Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials in advance for timely patient care.
  • Capture high-quality diagnostics (x-rays, scans) for review.
  • Deliver a positive patient experience by communicating clearly and reinforcing instructions.
  • Maintain infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
  • Manage operatory flow and supply readiness to support the schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members to keep the day running smoothly.
