Evolving Solution Services is hiring a Team Member for Smalls Sliders in Willis, Texas. This part-time role focuses on customer service, food preparation, and delivering a fast and friendly dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and supporting inventory. Training is provided; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience in food service is a plus, but not required, we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and taking orders efficiently and accurately.
• Preparing and cooking food items according to established procedures and recipes.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operating cash registers, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
