Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF/long-term care settings. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, screen and select patients, and coordinate care to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
